Dental Bridgework are natural-looking dental appliances that can replace a section of missing teeth or all the teeth in the upper or lower jaw. WHen all the teeth in both the upper and lower jaw are crowned this would be referred to as a full mouth reconstructioni Because bridgework is custom-made, they can restore the natural esthethics,contour and function of teeth as well as the proper bite relationship between upper and lower teeth.

Bridges are sometimes referred to as fixed partial dentures, because they are semi-permanent and are bonded to existing teeth or dental implants.

Bridgework can be fabricated with porcelain, gold alloys or a combinations of both materials depending upon the span of the bridge as well as the functional demands of the bridge.
